GREETINGS FOR THE KIDS: Officers from more than a dozen law enforcement and first responder agencies, along with Upstate University Police and Upstate’s mascot, Hero, gather Dec. 22 outside Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital to send holiday wishes to the children, who watched from a top floor of the hospital. The officers arrived in motorcade of emergency vehicles with flashing lights and sirens.
