COVID Vaccination Clinics
The 2023 - 2024 Spikevax Moderna COVID vaccine is at upcoming vaccination clinics.
Downtown, Jacobsen Hall, Employee Student Health:
- Thursday, November 16 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- Thursday, November 16 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Community, Employee Student Health:
- Thursday, November 16 from 1 to 3 p.m.
- Friday, November 17 from 7 to 9 a.m.
Flu and COVID Vaccines are not mandatory but are recommended.

Volunteer Call Out Procedure
If you are experiencing any symptoms of an illness or an injury, please notify us at your earliest convenience and stay home. Call 315-464-5180 or email volunteer@ktum.net.
COVID Exposure and Positive Reporting
If you've had a COVID exposure:
- Monitor for symptoms
- If you are symptom free, you can continue to volunteer
- You must wear a mask for 10 days after the exposure while volunteering
- Testing - one time only
- Home test at day 6 (5 full days after exposure)
- OR
- PCR test on day 6 (5 full days after exposure)
- Home test at day 6 (5 full days after exposure)
If you are COVID positive:
- Call the COVID Hotline at 315-464-THEM (8436) to speak to a nurse – open 24/7
- No volunteering for 7 days with or without symptoms

Leave of Absence for Long-term Illness or Injury
- If you need to take a leave of absence for an illness or injury, we request a return to service note from your doctor.

Volunteer Uniform Requirements
- ID badge & yellow lanyard
- Uniform shirt (college & teen), polo shirt, or vest
- Khakis or dress pants
- Comfortable, closed toe shoes
