Early Decision (ED) Program

This program is offered to applicants who are interested in applying only to SUNY 澳门银河平台's College of Medicine. Requirements for the Early Decision Program are the same as regular admissions, except that the AMCAS Early Decision application deadline is August 1 and the deadline to have a complete application on file with our admissions office is August 15.

Acceptance decisions will be made prior to October 1. Candidates not accepted under the Early Decision Program may apply to other schools and will automatically be considered under the regular admissions process after October 1.

To apply through the Early Decision Program (AAMC ) applicants must follow the guidelines listed below:

• Applicants may only apply to one U.S. medical school by August 1st
• Applicants must provide the school with all required supplemental information by August 15
• Applicants must attend SUNY 澳门银河平台 if offered a place under the Early Decision Program

Since SUNY 澳门银河平台 admits only a small portion of our entering class through the ED program, only applicants with an excellent chance of admission should apply under the Early Decision Program.
